A bit of a small point here but I feel compelled to note this in honor of my eighth grade English teacher.
Democrats have much to be proud of in the health care bill that passed the house last night. One point Democratic legislators have all been making is that children will be able to stay on their parents' policies "to" the age of 26. Every time I have heard this I have been wondering if coverage ends on the day that one turns 26 or on the last day that one is of the age of 26. In other words "to" the age of 26 or "through" the age of 26. I'm happy to report that according to yesterday's New York Times the benefit is actually through the age of 26.
They will also have to allow children to stay on their parents’ policies through age 26 and cover children with pre-existing conditions...

NOTE: Some commentators have said that the New York Times and I are actually wrong, that it is to age 26. I'm sorry to say that there is still room for clarification on this issue.
